What a pleasure it was to serve you all in 2019!

 

After a slow start, we managed a VERY successful year. Taking on the task of transferring all files and contact information from the management company and building quite literally everything from the ground up was a daunting task, but one that we knew we had to tackle. In 2019, we had all but one home pay their Assessment Fees. Five new homes were built in the neighborhood, with three of them being purchased during the year. Additionally, eight other homes changed hands last year! After beginning the year with approximately $5800 in our bank account, we finished the year with over $12,800, giving us the opportunity to transfer nearly four times what we initially expected into our Reserve account. We now have over $32,000 in Reserves to cover any potential major repairs to the retention ponds.

In 2020, the Board Member who's term is expired is Jared Harrison. He does plan to seek reelection after stepping in and assisting
