2.) Capital Improvement Fee - $75.00 (Buyer Paid)

3.) Annual Assessment Fee** - $110.00 (Seller Paid)

*All fees can be added to the HUD for checks to be dispersed to the HOA at Settlement.

**Annual Assessment Fee will only be added to this document if Seller has not yet paid the fee, or if Settlement will occur within a 30-day window of the Assessment Fee Due Date.
